The government is pretty much entirely the problem here, yeah. Principal Le Guin can be... a lot, for sure, but at the end of the day she runs a pretty tight ship. She's the one making sure things are actually pleasant for all of us. And I'm positive if it were up to her, the school would not be involved with half the stuff it is.
