Morimiya? It's pretty different from here. It's a big city on its own, but it's part of larger metropolis called Tokyo that has tens of millions of people. There's lots of buildings as tall or taller than this tree, all close together. It can get pretty noisy...but there's still lots of parks and shrines if you want to find someplace quiet.
Culturally, I'd say it's closest to Inazuma from what I've read. Just a few centuries ahead in technology.
