MAY MINGLE

May Mingle: Entombed City
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.
Everyone's hard work resulted in the gate to upper Dragonspine opening. These ruins have not been traversed in years, if not centuries - everything within has been lost to time and living memory. An entire city has been buried in the snow.

Traces of technology can be found in the city - golden boxes that contain crystals capable of recording and playing back holograms. One of the boxes introduces this place as Vindagnyr; a land once full of greenery and life. Just what happened to these people? What caused the eternal winter?

The city's inhabitants worshipped Celestia. Why then were they left to die?
State of the World
On October 1st, the entombed city of Vindagnyr becomes open for exploration. Travelers can choose to look for clues or try to scavenge the city for ancient materials or tools. Recording boxes all around the city tell stories of Vindagnyr's greener past, and of the days when winter suddenly arrived. This is the cruelty of Celestia that Forneus wished you to see.

OM NOM NOM
[She shudders as she speaks. As much as she claims otherwise, more than once she's sought justice herself. For Haurchefant. For Ysayle. But the truth has weight beyond justice, and it appears that Shirou's very much aware of that.]
But the living are another matter. If this is Celestia's doing, I don't doubt it could happen again. You're correct--there's an answer somewhere here and we need to find it. Where do you suppose we start?

He steps out into the street and glances around. Then he pauses and looks directly at her.]
...the dead care more about justice than most think they do. [Then he turns and heads for the house across the street.]

[It's not an accusation, merely a statement. Still, there's work to do, be it for the dead or for the living. Rose turns to keep pace with Shirou, heading to the same house. What will they find here?]

[But he doesn't offer anything else. He still can't hear the souls of his brethren. It bothers him as he opens the house and steps inside. A lone covered body. What might once have been shelves stuffed with books are broken down by time and the weather.
He can't find the signs of anyone else. It's more of the same. No struggle. No battle. Just time and the cold.]
It's about the same here as the last house.
