December Mingle
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

At long last, the Vision Hunt Decree has been repealed, and the Electro Archon convinced to emerge from her intended eternal seclusion. While it will be years before the scars of civil war heal over, your work here has pushed the balance in the favour of humanity, and away from the destined cycle of repeated conflict. There is no festival to celebrate your triumph, but the clear skies and unsullied waters of the Inazuma islands are yours to explore... that is, until the date of your departure from this world.

Being away from one's homeworld for long periods of time will have negative effects on the stability of mortal souls. This is a fact that not even Forneus can change, so he has elected to send everyone home for the time being to recuperate. Rest assured that your contract will be fulfilled when you step into home soil, and your Vision will be usable, albeit at a lower power.

You may depart Teyvat now, or remain for a few days to wrap up any lingering matters. You also have the Shogun's pass to travel Inazuma as you wish, if you wanted to do more sightseeing, or return to the two previous nations for a last visit. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom now, perhaps because of the events that you have set in motion.

As for Forneus himself, his office has been converted to a suspiciously modern home party venue. Ostensibly, it is to celebrate a job well done, and the continuation of bonds between worlds. You will be able to return to his office whenever you wish, whether to visit your friends' worlds or just to catch up.

Rest assured that he will contact you again once the second phase of his plan is ready for deployment, and to offer you another contract if you desire it. After all, he is a good employer, hmm?

State of the World

The Inazuma chapter of Stella Fortuna has concluded, and with it the current run of the game. Characters are free to explore Teyvat for another IC week or two before they are sent home by Forneus to recharge. The game community will be kept open as a sandbox for old and new players alike to bring in characters during this IC interim period.

Once again, thank you for joining Stella Fortuna, and we hope you have enjoyed your time here!

November Mid-Month Event
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

On the morning of the 15th, the peace of Watatsumi Island is broken by the sound of a battle horn. The Shogun is arriving.

The Shogunate Army has decided to ambush Watatsumi Island before its forces can recuperate. Left with no choice, Kokomi asks you to join her people on the front lines to bolster their numbers. Your objective is to repel and not kill them, so she hopes you won't use lethal force. It's not too difficult if you have been practicing your Vision skills, for the Shogunate's soldiers are not Vision users.

And then a vast storm cloud blankets the skies overhead, bringing deafening peals of thunder. The Raiden Shogun has arrived. You can see her stand on one of the cliffs, unsheathing her Musou no Hitotachi. Electro energy swirls around her blade, making everyone's hair stand on end. She is poised to cut Watatsumi Island in half, including everyone currently standing on it.

Except it doesn't happen. The Shogun's blade of light is stopped at the water's edge by a shining translucent barrier. Myriads of symbols crisscross the surface of the barrier, of which you may have seen before. Forneus steps out of a portal onto the beach a moment later, dressed in a completely different outfit than what you're used to. If you've done your reading, you'll recognize it as formal Archon garb.

"Oh dear, oh dear. I can't have you going around cutting islands like pizza, can I?" Forneus seems extremely nonchalant as he walks to the edge of the barrier where the Raiden Shogun is trying to cut through with her sword. "You should be a more responsible Archon, you know. There's no point in destroying your own turf."

However, the Shogun doesn't seem to register his words. Her blank countenance shifts, becoming one that might be described as angry. "You...! You are an enemy of Eternity!"

With that, Forneus has provoked her single-minded ire, and he soars upward into the sky like some sort of Tinkerbell parody with the Shogun hot on his tailcoats. She's intent on ending him with her bladework, but Forneus has an almost prescient skill in parrying her blows with his scythe. You're free to watch two gods duel in the atmosphere, but Forneus' voice sounds in your head a moment later.

Hey, I need you to get the soldiers to stand down. Shoo them back to their camps or something. There's no point fighting if your gods are doing the fighting themselves, no? I'll take all the heat from her in the physical world.

Once that's done, it seems the gods still haven't stopped fighting, and neither show any sign of being tired. This is when Yae shows up on the beach, as if she was there all along. She informs you that she will spirit you to the Plane of Euthymia, where the Electro Archon has been residing for the past few centuries, so that you can show her the wishes of her people. You must tell her of what is happening in the outside world, and convince her to leave her isolation.

Of course, when words fail, you may challenge her to a duel. In this isolated space, the laws of power and effect are distorted. Your strength will be bolstered by the experiences of the people whom you have met on your travels. By keeping them in your mind, you may prove your resolve to her.

State of the World

It's time to... fight a god!

With Forneus dueling her in the physical world, there's nothing preventing the Raiden Shogun from blocking Yae Miko sending you into her mental realm. The Raiden Shogun that people see isn't the true Shogun herself - rather, a puppet body made for the purpose of carrying out her Archon duties. The Electro Archon's name is Ei, and she is willing to hear you out given that Yae has clearly put her faith in you. The two women go way back.

However, if you fail to convince her, you can duel her. With Forneus' help, you are able to call on your experiences in Teyvat and bring to bear the voices of those that you have met. Your augmented might may just be a match for her if you are focused.

Time flows a little differently inside the Plane of Euthymia. On entry, you may become separated from the rest of your allies and end up facing Ei by yourself or with a single friend. Regardless, the nature of temporary parallel timeline provision means that everyone's efforts will converge back into the prime timeline and none of your efforts will go unseen.

November Mingle
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

The Travelers arrive at Watatsumi Island this month, the westernmost island of Inazuma, far from the Shogun's influence. Here, its people live under the auspices of the Watatsumi Omikami - despite being slain, the god's influence still lingers, protecting its people and poisoning the grounds where it had been slain.

The residents of Watatsumi Island are no different from the people on Narukami Island. Even if the main industry for the place is fishing instead of farming, they still live a quiet way of life in their peaceful home. However, they have never forgotten the death of their god at the hands of the Raiden Shogun. They will resist her tyranny, and have taken up arms in response to the Vision Hunt Decree. Ordinary mortals can't begin to scratch a god's armour, though - they will need your help to get through to the Shogun, and deliver unto her the voices of her people.

A foreign benefactor has approached Kokomi, the priestess of Watatsumi Island, to offer a secret weapon against the Shogun. His promises sound too good to be true, and she has asked you to investigate this so-called 'secret weapon' to determine if it is safe to use. Unfortunately, you stumble upon a Fatui hideout filled with strange devices. While they are capable of letting humans use elemental power, they utilize the Tatarigami emanated by the Watatsumi Omikami, corroding environment and mortal lives alike. You will have to defeat its supervisor if you are to eradicate this malicious influence from Yashiori Island.

State of the World

With the Sacred Sakura and the Mikage Furnace both stabilized, it is time to leave the Shogun's Inazuma behind and visit islands further west. Watatsumi Island is the home base for Resistance forces, and Forneus wishes you to visit so that you can witness their way of life - not much different from the Inazumans who live under the flag of the Electro Archon. There are plans for the Watatsumi Army to move out against the Shogunate's forces next month, a direct conflict that would draw out the Shogun from her seclusion within her domain. It seems like a certain someone named Charon has already pre-emptively volunteered you for the battle.

October Mid-Month Event
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

Two weeks after the Travelers arrive in Inazuma, the conflict between the Shogunate and the Sangonomiya Resistance begin to intensify. At Forneus' behest, you venture west to survey the battlegrounds and consider your next move.

Heading west from Narukami Island will bring you to Kannazuka, the location of the Mikage Furnace. This furnace uses the power of the Tatarigami to produce high-quality swords for the Shogunate. However, sabotage by members of the Resistance have led to the furnace becoming unstable. The Shogunate's soldiers and the Shrine Maidens have set up camp on the island, but the two factions cannot decide on how to address the problem. That's where you come in. Unfettered by the chains of bureaucracy, you can act as you wish. Venture into the Furnace and stabilize it before it blows the island away.

Yashiori Island lies even further west. Its position means that it is currently the middle ground where the Shogunate and the Resistance skirmish. However, the fighting has died down due to torrential rain that blankets the island, as well as the intense Electro energy within Musoujin Gorge. Once, this island was the battlefield between the Raiden Shogun and Orobashi, with the latter defeated and sealed. However, someone broke its seals during the civil war, and the lingering resentment of the Serpent has possessed soldiers on the island, turning them violent.

Once again, a stalemate that can only be broken from the outside. This isn't anything new now, is it?

State of the World

The Sangonomiya Resistance have declared civil war on the Shogunate after the establishment of the Vision Hunt Decree. As you travel through Inazuma, you will eventually meet them, as well as their leader. It becomes evident that the two sides are locked in equal balance, and that the civil war does nothing good for anyone... which is why the overseer of the Narukami Shrine has asked you to come. You are unbound by any destiny, and thus able to tip the scales. But to do that, you will need a complete picture of the situation, and to solve problems that no one is willing to face.

No one has seen the Shogun out in public for quite a while. It seems that only a sufficiently grave danger will provoke her from within her castle. The enemy of eternity is change, and you are just that.

October Mingle
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

The Miko of the Grand Narukami Shrine has arranged for your passage out of Ritou and into the Inazuma islands at large. The nation has been gripped by an oppressive atmosphere ever since the enactment of the Vision Hunt Decree, and only someone unyoked by the Electro Archon can hope to break this stalemate.

Konda Village sits on the outskirts of Inazuma city. A pillar of its community now seeks to move out after losing his Vision. A samurai employed by the Shogunate is being accosted of hiding rations by his neighbours, and he has no recollection of ever dealing in such matters. Forgetting something seems to be the thread that links every former Vision holder's story together, yet their tragedies differ greatly in circumstance. Is the loss of a Vision truly so profound? If so, then why did the gods deliver such a poisoned gift to their people?

A mysterious priestess approaches you with a sincere request - Kazari seeks your aid in purifying the Thunder Sakura around Inazuma, as well as the Sacred Sakura on Mount Yougou. She tells you that these trees absorb the evil from the very land, but cannot dispel it without outside intervention. Here's where you come in: you need to dispel the sealing sigils around the holy trees, so that the filth accumulated within their roots can take form and then be swiftly cut down.

The seals, the trees, and Kazari herself are relics from the olden days - the mystical Inazuma, where kitsune and tengu lived and worked alongside humans and their god. But those days have since ended, and all that is left is a stifling eternity.

State of the World

The Land of Eternity is not without failings. By pursuing 'Eternity' and closing the doors of her nation, the Raiden Shogun has only made the lives of her people more difficult. Exploring the country may give you some clues as to how you can break her enforced stasis. You must first understand the situation of the nation, and then find the natives who also wish to change their world.

September Mid-Month Event
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

It's time to sail onward to Inazuma, past the swirling storms that keep the island nation isolated, and into the political intrigue that has gripped the Land of Eternity for the past year.

Luckily, there's no need to bear with a ship journey through stormy seas. Forneus simply teleports everyone to Ritou, the port of call for foreigners in Inazuma, docking an illusory ship into the harbour. He cautions the Travelers before they disembark - Inazuma is distrustful of outsiders, and foreign customers will likely be charged with exorbitant prices by the locals. It will take time to earn the locals' trust.

It's not possible to leave Ritou... not conventionally, at least. Attempting to walk or sail to Narukami Island will lead to the guards turning you back.

Just like Mondstadt and Liyue, Forneus wants you to get a feel of Inazuman culture before the team ventures deeper into the nation. The atmosphere here is oppressive - there's a small coalition of foreign merchants based on the island, but they've fallen on hard times due to the lockdown. The Kanjou Commission, who oversee Ritou's affairs, have been abusing them with absurd tax rates and regulations, leading to its members falling into desperation. Locals comment on how they miss the flow of foreign goods and visitors, and that the rising prices of commodities are a constant headache.

However, what may be most interesting to you is the Vision Hunt Decree. The Raiden Shogun, the God of Eternity, has declared that all Visions in Inazuma be confiscated. This means that you cannot use your Vision-given powers freely in public, lest you blow your cover and be arrested by the Commission.

State of the World

Welcome to Inazuma, the Nation of Eternity. Just like in Mondstadt and Liyue, you can take commissions... from the International Trade Association this time, because the Adventurers' Guild is in Inazuma City. They desperately need help to uncover proof of the Kanjou Commission's extortion, so that they can appeal to the other Commissions and overturn the tax laws. Some members also need help running their stores until they can afford to put food on their plate after paying said tax laws. It's grim for the foreigners... and the situation will not change until someone changes the Raiden Shogun's mind. That someone will eventually have to be you.

An envoy from the Yashiro Commission will be here in two weeks to arrange everyone's passage to the other islands. For now, try to enjoy fantasy Japan... and don't get arrested. Your Vision's frame also seems to have changed, rendering it unrecognizable to any natives.

September Event
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

Before we depart for our next destination, it seems Forneus has arranged a treasure hunt for everyone... on the beach?

Characters are now able to access the Golden Apple Archipelago, a group of islands lying far off in the ocean east of Mondstadt. Arriving first on Pudding Isle, Travelers will need to glide down from the cliffs onto the beach, where several tents and a bonfire have been set up. A handy Teleport Waypoint nearby allows for traveling back to the camp, as well as to Liyue if you need to stock up on any supplies. The sunlight is warm, the waves are clear, and the breeze is crisp - it's perfect!

A compass-shaped device nearby allows for the summoning of Waverider boats. These boats are piloted by slotting one's Vision into a slot near the steering wheel. There's a catch, though - if a Waverider is nearby, the device will not summon another. Meaning if you are traveling with a friend, there will only be one boat. Better decide who's going to drive.

Apart from the usual Elemental Monument puzzles and occasional monsters guarding chests, you can also find Echoing Conches scattered around the islands. These conches will play back voices of a bygone time when you hold them up to your ear. Many of them whisper of the people who once lived here. Thankfully, their story does not end in tragedy. You might find it rewarding to retrace their footsteps through the islands too.

Minnacious Isle seems to hold a ruin that's upside down. Investigating the monuments and various puzzles might tell you why. Forneus has left various Golden Apples hidden in chests around the islands - find them, and he promises a reward for you. Better get out there and turn over some stones!

State of the World

The Travelers' next destination is the nation of the Electro Archon. However, Forneus needs time to figure out a way to smuggle everyone in - Inazuma is under a Sakoku Decree, preventing anyone from going in and out without express authorization. However, he says he has a contact within Inazuma who can facilitate everyone's permits... but it takes time. For now, he hopes you'll enjoy your time on the islands. The oppressive atmosphere of Inazuma means relaxation won't be on the schedule for quite some time.

August Mid-Month Event
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

The earth begins to rumble as the Lantern Rite draws ever closer - a threat from centuries past now emerges from the depths.

Thanks to a surprise lead from a gentleman with glasses, the missing miners have been found in a cavern underneath the blue tree at Nantianmen. The miners are possessed by a dark force, rushing to attack anyone who interferes with their digging. Best to knock them out before they hurt themselves... but that's not all. Their efforts have revealed an ancient seal in the cavern, and those who happen to be nearby will find themselves trapped in the seal's domain along with its very angry inhabitant.

Azhdaha makes no attempt to disguise his hatred for the one who had put him to sleep - Morax, now bereft of most of his divine power, cannot seal the dragon again on his own. It's up to you to weaken Azhdaha until his spirit can be put at ease. The dragon hits hard, but you have the benefit of the Geo Archon's shield for the time being.

As an elemental being, Azhdaha is able to invoke other elements in battle as infusions, so you'll need to adapt your tactics to match. It's almost like fighting a god up close - Forneus intervenes in the battle this time, giving you a speed boost to evade his heavy attacks.

At last, Azhdaha's spirit appears in the form of a child, lamenting his failed escape. While you were unable to defeat him, it seems that killing him is not necessary - he used to be an ally of Liyue, after all. Time has worn away his memories and his kindness, leaving only hatred.

Time is cruel. But there is hope, for you have the God of Time on your side. Now that Azhdaha is in a rare moment of lucidity, Forneus steps into the world, and as a favour for an old friend, restores the dragon's soul. Now in the form of a mortal man, he will be free to walk under the endless sky once more.

Forneus joins you on your tired trek out of the underground domain. It is with a somber expression that he tells you this is an inescapable fate, even for the gods. For those who live too long, losing their memories is their final curse. Even in Teyvat's artificial stasis, their gods will lose sight of what's important eventually. Some already have.

But - enough of depressing things for the moment. After fighting not one but two powerful beings, you've earned your rest. With the miners safely found, the festival's atmosphere remains upbeat, and you'll be able to witness the Mingxiao Lantern take flight in all its splendour. Here's to a new year, and a new beginning - for Liyue, and also hopefully for you.

State of the World

It's hard to tell why Azhdaha chose this particular time to try and break out of his prison. Maybe it's because of Osial's awakening last month, or that he sensed the weakening of his divine seal. Nevertheless, you've had to fight another dragon to beat the corruption out of him before, so you're probably experienced at this sort of thing. It brings a good amount of food for thought, though. Is it truly good to leave something as important as the fate of a world in the hands of those who might forget their vows?

Your time in Liyue is also drawing to an end. Everyone will be departing for Inazuma two weeks after the Lantern Rite ends. As for what will happen in those two weeks... it's a surprise! Please look forward to it ☆

August Mingle
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

Happy new year....! In Teyvat, that is. It is now January ingame, and Liyue's people go about their disaster recovery efforts with more vigour than before. After all, Liyue's biggest festival is slated to occur in the latter half of the month - the Lantern Rite!

The Rite of Parting - Rex Lapis' funeral - passes without much incident, and Liyue collectively breathes a sigh of relief. With the Fatui being chased out of the yard, it seems that peace will finally return to the harbour city as they rebuild from the storm. You'll also get to watch three million Mora's worth of incense go up in smoke, so there's that.

Eager to focus on the future, Liyue folk have begun discussing the upcoming festival. The Lantern Rite commemorates hope for a new beginning and continued prosperity, and the construction of the festival centerpiece is currently underway. This year's Mingxiao Lantern will soar into the sky amidst thousands of smaller lanterns, and it will take the shape of a fallen Adeptus to commemorate the Adepti's contribution to Liyue's lasting peace.

Unfortunately, you're not quite out of the frying pan yet. With the Fatui gone from Liyue, the Ministry of Civil Affairs turn their attention to solving another issue that has cropped up after Osial's revival and subsequent defeat. Quite a few miners have gone missing from the Chasm, and the likelihood of finding them will only grow slimmer as the days go by. Both the Millelith and the Adventurers' Guild have pitched in to search for the kidnapped people. All clues lead to Nantianmen - and it's just your luck that Geovishaps and their hatchlings have come out of hibernation at around the same time. These lizard-like beings have shells of solid rock, and they seem especially agitated at having their territory invaded. Solving the mystery of the missing miners will take more than just a day's work.

State of the World

With the Lantern Rite set to open on January 21st, all of Liyue have come to visit the harbour to set up their stalls and pitch in to craft the Mingxiao Lantern. Hopefully the miners are found before the festival begins - the Lantern Rite is a festival of reunions, after all. Not to mention the Geovishaps' increased activity will inadvertently lead to them burrowing around in the rocky mountains. There's a small, but non-zero chance of them hitting an ancient seal somewhere and unleashing a buried threat.

Unless... that was their intention all along?

July Mid-Month Event
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

Two weeks of unease is all Liyue gets to experience before their world is almost turned upside down.

Those with sharp eyes will notice a marked decline in Fatui appearances around Liyue. As for the cause...? These Fatui will now accost you, Traveler, seeking answers to the whereabouts of Rex Lapis' Gnosis. You'll have to flee from them, or otherwise convince them to back off by force. It seems they're very persistent, and their stubbornness is borne from their duty given by the Tsaritsa. Should they fail, her wrath will fall upon them instead. Surely, you can understand, right?

The Fatui's hurried search only lasts for a few days. In the wee hours of 18th December, Liyue will wake to an oppressive storm and rough seas. The bright glow from Guyun Stone Forest and subsequent ear-splitting roar confirms the worst - Osial has risen from the ocean floor, and without Rex Lapis to defend them, Liyue has to take things into their own hands.

It's a race against time for the civilians to climb Mount Tianheng towards relative safety, and for the Millelith to combat smaller water monsters that crawl out from the ocean. The Jade Chamber hovering above Liyue sails towards the storm instead, a last-ditch defensive effort by the Adepti and the Qixing together.

You, Traveler, are destined for something greater. An Adeptus appears before you, beseeching your help. Should you agree, she will teleport you atop the Jade Chamber, where Adepti ballistae are firing against the demon god from above. However, the Adepti manning these contraptions need help to fend off the seemingly never-ending waves of Fatui coming at them. They will also lend you some enchantments to bolster your strength while you fight - the eventual proof that unity can overcome all.

Alas, Osial fires a final blast that fractures the Jade Chamber. Just as all hope seems lost, Forneus' voice sounds in your mind.

It's not over yet. Focus your mind... think of your companions, your dreams, and your wish to liberate this world. Let your hopes illuminate the way forward!

Golden light begins to surround your body, coalescing into an orb in your palm. The light streams out from your hands and into the sky, piercing the demon god's body as a multitude of bright spears. Osial howls as familiar runes appear all over its body, fracturing it in a distinctive manner similar to glass. You glance at the Adepti - none of them seem to have expected this, but none of them seem to disapprove of it, either.

The Jade Chamber is still breaking apart, though. Better leave before it's too late - the Adepti will carry you down to safety.

State of the World

As planned, the Fatui have awakened Osial from its watery prison beneath Guyun Stone Forest. A confrontation with the demon god is inevitable - in the past, Rex Lapis was the one who sealed it away. This time, humanity has to prove that it can stand on its own without the intervention of gods. Forneus will also step in this time, using the power of your adversary to alter the course of history once and for all. After all, the only way to kill a god is to take their aspect away from them... or by repurposing it for something else.

There's also the matter of helping Liyue clean up after that near-tsunami. But this isn't the first time you've helped with disaster relief in Teyvat, yes?

July Mingle
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

It's time. For the sake of its future, Liyue must face unrest and a trial from the divine.

The Rite of Descension goes horribly awry, plunging the bustling harbour city into unrest and apprehension. You, Traveler, already know of the plan - but the people don't, and a good portion of them are unable to envision a world without their god. However, there are also those in Liyue who see this as an opportunity to show mortal strength. Give them your support, and the city will realize that they can move forward into the era of humanity.

While the Liyue Qixing scramble to investigate Rex Lapis' assassination, the funerary rites still have to be prepared. For this purpose Wangsheng Funeral Parlour is seeking the help of Travelers and locals alike - ritual implements, flowers, and peripherals all have to be gathered for the ceremony, and the Lord of Geo would expect only the best materials to be used. As for who's footing the bill... well, it's a good thing that you've got divine backing this time.

For those who mingle with the Fatui, they would find out that the Snezhayan 'diplomats' have begun to make a move on Guyun Stone Forest. The islands are a place where the remains of old gods have come to rest, and they are under the order of the Cryo Archon to unseal a demon god from where it had been pinned beneath the waves. As for how... it's a closely guarded secret, but travelers would be told that it is a blessing from the Tsaritsa that allows them to do so. There's no way for you to prevent it, only to prepare for battle when the inevitable comes. Such is the rules in a chess game that pits gods against each other, and against Celestia.

What will you do?

State of the World

The majority of activities for the first two weeks of July are set in Liyue and surrounding areas to gather rare historic materials for a god's funeral. Each of the special items needed for the Rite of Parting require hard work to be obtained. Characters will also be forewarned that they will need to face the Lord of the Vortex, Osial, very soon. Forneus' intention is for humanity to triumph against the god by joining forces with the Adepti and fighting together. As for what happens to Osial - should it be defeated, Forneus will ensure that it will never rise to menace Liyue again by erasing it from existence.

The success of this operation hinges on you all. Good luck.

June Mid-Month Event: Settling In
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

At last, we've reached Liyue, the city of Stone and Contracts. Everyone gets assigned to a small house just like in Mondstadt, equipped with the basic amenities and the ability to redecorate your place at will. Oh yeah, and it's a teapot. Wait, what?

Placing the pot on a flat surface will teleport you within. A finch spirit greets each Traveler inside, introducing itself as Tubby. Tubby is here to assist you in decorating your pot house! It is possible to bring in raw materials such as wood or stone, and then Tubby will shape these items into furnishings. You can also bring pre-made items from outside, of course.

There's no risk of your house being moved or trampled on while you're inside. The pot will be concealed using adeptal arts when in use, rendering it undetectable to all except those you wish to invite for a visit. It's pretty handy, huh? Why not take the two weeks until the official start of the mission to decorate?

Once night falls, a masked man may appear to invite you to a Secret Hideout. It seems like he knows you're part of some 'elite force' and is here to extend a ticket to 'exclusive chilling time' since your organizations are working together. If you do follow him, you'll be led to the Northland Bank and into a lounge room. There's a billiards table, darts, and a bar (but only juice for kids, of course), as well as a vintage record player.

As for what sort of news you'll overhear in the lounge: the Fatui are actively investigating Liyue, seeking out the whereabouts of Rex Lapis. As for what will happen when they do find him... wouldn't you like to find out?

Contrary to most of the Adepti who consider themselves above humans, Reed Painter has lived alongside humanity for centuries. He invites travelers to pay a visit to Jueyun Karst, so that they can see the realm in which the Adepti reside, and how distant it has become from the outside world.

Jueyun Karst is the very picture of a hidden paradise, devoid of any sign of civilization and filled with beautiful scenery. Do mind your manners when you're in the stone forests, though. Even a Sigil of Permission can't protect you from the Adepti's wrath should you dirty their lawn too much...

State of the World

Characters will be told by Forneus that they don't necessarily have to work for the next two weeks. They can if they want to, but they can also fix up their house and do other personal things. If you do want to do some work: you can take commissions from the Adventurers' Guild, the Liyue Ministry of Civil Affairs, or from the Fatui. Comment below with the faction of your choice and the mods will give your character a task to do. This will let your characters know more about them and get hints for July's happenings.

If your character wants to cause chaos immediately, you can don your Fatui Disguise (a glamour spell courtesy of Forneus) and fall in with the fantasy Russians. Causing chaos ranges from lurking menacingly in Liyue to actively breaking into government storehouses and other minor felonies. Don't worry, you will be teleported to safety should you get caught.

Retroactively, the vote about Dragonspine has been tallied, and the Mondstadt Adventurers' Guild will be informed of Vindagnyr by a woman dressed in black.

June Mingle: Time For A Hike
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

Finally, it's time to leave Death Mountain for warmer climates. THe Travelers will begin their journey from Mondstadt to Liyue on the first of November, after packing up and saying goodbye the Mondstadt's Adventurers' Guild. But worry not - if you ever miss the City of Wind and Song, it's possible to teleport back for a brief visit.

The Travelers will head out of Mondstadt through Stone Gate, cross Dihua Marsh and then reach the Guili Plains. You'll be camping out under the stars on some days, while getting to enjoy various roadside inns on other days - including the famed Wangshu Inn, all under Forneus' bill. But it does bring up a question: where did he get all that mora from?

Speaking of Forneus, it seems that he's too busy to accompany you on this road trip. Instead, Zhongli will serve as his stand-in. For those who do not know him well, he introduces himself as an Adeptus... and also the Geo Archon, who has enlisted your help to test his nation. What will you do?

State of the World

June will be a lighter period in the game for characters to bond with each other while traveling as a group, and later while exploring and trolling Liyue to the best of their ability. Forneus will not be available for the first two weeks as he is busy; instead Zhongli is tasked with answering questions in his place. A reference of the scenery your character might see on the way can be found in this video here! Feel free to check out Liyue's music here as well.

May Mini-Event: Extreme Gardening
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

The Entombed City, its broken White Tree, and Durin's heart - three relics of the past have slumbered on Dragonspine Mountain for centuries, waiting for the arrival of those that would see them brought to the light of day once more. As the outlanders traverse Vindagnyr and try to come to a consensus on what to do with their discovery, the possibility of changing this world for the better comes to light.

Shirou, Elliot, and their friends have finally managed to scavenge a slumbering White Tree seed from the mountain. All that remains is to plant it on the site of Durin's corpse, and let the Tree's purifying nature work its magic. Except... Houston, we've got a problem.

The surge of purified mana through Dragonspine Mountain brings new growth to alpine trees and winter flowers alike... from the small plants to the big ones. It seems the White Tree's seeds aren't the only ones slumbering within the eternal snow.

Several Cryo Regisvines have appeared around Dragonspine. While they're very much part of native wildlife, they're also ravenous after such a long sleep and don't hesitate to grab any passing Hilichurl or human for their first meal. Got any lingering frustrations from discovering Vindagnyr? Seems like now's a great time to vent them by chopping down some unruly trees. Go wild.

State of the World

The newly sprouted White Tree will continue to purify Durin's corrupted mana, and eventually the tainted dragon's spirit will find a final peace. In the meantime, it seems some high-intensity lawnmowing is in order. Good thing y'all are raring to go for a fight or two... right?

May Mingle: Entombed City
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

Everyone's hard work resulted in the gate to upper Dragonspine opening. These ruins have not been traversed in years, if not centuries - everything within has been lost to time and living memory. An entire city has been buried in the snow.

People once lived there. The broken buildings host damaged furniture and weathered streets. There are various cloth-covered mounds in a house here and there, accompanied by a sprig of blue flowers. Someone has laid these people to rest after they passed away.

Traces of technology can be found in the city - golden boxes that contain crystals capable of recording and playing back holograms. One of the boxes introduces this place as Vindagnyr; a land once full of greenery and life. Just what happened to these people? What caused the eternal winter?

The highest point in the city is occupied by a temple built into a Domain. Within the Domain is a pale white tree, split in half by a strange object that has fallen through the Domain's ceiling. This temple was once a site for worship for Vindagnyr's people, and even in death they continue to pray for salvation. The priests have been frozen in ice, and the sheer cold emanating from the Skyfrost Nail makes it obvious that it is the cause of winter.

The city's inhabitants worshipped Celestia. Why then were they left to die?

State of the World

On October 1st, the entombed city of Vindagnyr becomes open for exploration. Travelers can choose to look for clues or try to scavenge the city for ancient materials or tools. Recording boxes all around the city tell stories of Vindagnyr's greener past, and of the days when winter suddenly arrived. This is the cruelty of Celestia that Forneus wished you to see.

April Mid-Month Mingle: Onward and Upward
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

After the Windblume Festival wraps up, the outlanders' next mission arrives: onward to Dragonspine Mountain, where the remnants of the abyssal dragon and a lost nation await. The bright light shining at its peak seems almost like a lighthouse - calling to you.

It's hard not to be in awe of Dragonspine Mountain's size. The snow on the mountain never seems to stop falling, neither does it seem to melt - the biting cold numbs your fingers and brushes your face, muffling the footsteps of monsters in everlasting white. Dragonspine is dangerous, and has claimed the lives of countless explorers. You'll need to be extra careful to survive.

The pristine snow is marred in places by stains of red, and following the scarlet stones around the mountain eventually brings you to a dark cavern. A warm light shines forth from the stone buried within - just what is this strange object? Should you be leaving it here?

As the cold sets in, you come across the ruins of a buried city halfway up the mountain. The stone architecture and runes are eerily similar to what you have seen in Mondstadt's domains and temples. A locked gate bars your way up the mountain, but the five unlit runes that surround it hint strongly at missing keys.

The inside of Dragonspine Mountain is host to a rather large blue cave. The freezing cold permeates the inside of Starglow Cavern, so you're not likely to find shelter here. The cave is covered with ice crystals and blue plants, as well as large ice crystals that refuse to be melted by Pyro Vision users. You'll need something more powerful to free whatever is inside... like the power of a long-dead dragon, perhaps?

State of the World

After Dvalin's purification, there have been no further time loops as Mondstadt has finally synced up with the outside world. The Windblume Festival will run through to September 20th, giving characters plenty of time to relax and enjoy some vacation time. However, time waits for no man, and our heroes will be approached by the Adventurers' Guild on September 15th to join an expedition to Dragonspine Mountain.

April Mingle: Song of the Dragon and Freedom
Welcome to Teyvat - a vast magical world of adventure.

As time continues to reset itself, a certain restlessness and sense of anticipation begins to build up in Mondstadt, as if the whole world itself is waiting with bated breath. At last, the final light barrier unlocks itself, and Dvalin awaits the outlanders amidst a vortex of howling winds. All that remains is to remove the poisonous spikes that torments him, and his tears shoudl fall no more...

With the passages of long years and amid boudless darkness, even the purest gem will become dulled by dust, and even the noble dragon might be corrupted and cankered by hatred. But never forget that dust can be wiped away, and the power of doubt and poison can be shattered. These are the thoughts that Venti sends off with the outlanders - should any of them fall from the tower, he'll be there to give them a quick hand back up.

Dvalin is a powerful and ancient dragon, but it soon becomes evident that he doesn't have the heart to kill the people who have come to see him. However, a team effort is still necessary to distract him so that others can snipe at the toxic spines stuck through his body. Once the last thorn is pulled free, the curse is violently ejected from Dvalin's body and the howling winds finally cease.

The next five days are a blur - when you wake up, the city has decorated itself in a celebration of love, friendship, and freedom - a perfect conclusion for a rather harrowing period in Mondstadt's history. As repayment for your help in solving the Stormterror crisis, the games and food stalls put up for the festival will not charge anything for participation.

Music, gift exchanges, shooting and gliding competitions are just seeral of the various activities organized by the Knights of Favonius. With the peace returned to Mondstadt, your trip to Teyvat now seems poised to become a vacation - but the job of a hero is never done, and a little nocturnal bird leads you to a mysterious glowing door beyond which answers await.

State of the World

On August 31st, the last barrier in Stormterror's Lair dissipates, allowing characters to ascend to the top of the tower and confront the dragon Dvalin. Battle is inevitable, though the goal is not to kill the dragon, but to remove all the toxic spikes that Abyss Mages have embedded into his body. After liberating Dvalin from his grief and poison, characters return to Mondstadt lauded as heroes - just in time for the Windblume Festival! It's time for a short but well-earned vacation... and it seems your mysterious host has a message for you too.
